One of the best hotels I ever stayed in United States. Top quality from the condition of the room to staff to view and everything else that you need away from Home. We’re very happy and we definitely be back.
Was a nice property. View and location perfect. Dinner/Bar area they need more staff working. Most important thing is we would return and there are a lot of places in walking distance to grab a bit to eat.
The staff, cleanliness and in room drink selection was top notch.

Views were amazing! Cliffside rooms were VERY tight. Balcony was helpful to ease lack of space in the room. Bathrooms were well played out and ample space. Location was convenient but be aware that Sedon

Perfect location, gorgeous views, wonderful hospitality. Just perfect.
We were placed with two rooms in The Cliffs, which have fabulous views. We would have preferred to be below in the main, original property because my husband has mobility challenges and could not manage the 100 (!) steps down to the main property. Although they have a shuttle, there are sometimes very long waits for it and this was frustrating.
Loved the location, beautiful and convenient. Took a sound bath class which was great. Rooms were nice. Service was quick. Did not eat onsite. Would go back again.
This is a beautiful resort! Very nice and clean. Our mattress was high in the center and lower on the sides and made for a very uncomfortable nights sleep. We informed the staff and they responded appropriately. Staff in other areas seemed not as friendly or helpful.
Stayed in their “Cliffs” property. SAVE YOUR MONEY! It was obviously a renovated old hotel, and nothing about it was worthy of the “5-star resort” prices we paid. No valet when we needed our car, poor air conditioning, no closets in room and very few drawers. At least 6 flights of outdoor stairs to get down to the “real resort” -lobby, spa, bar and restaurant. Beautiful view of Sedona that you could get from ANY other property on the main rd. for MUCH CHEAPER prices. Save your money for restaurants or other experiences; rent at a different property or Airbnb.
Beautiful guest room. Great bedding. Wonderful tub for two. The cocktails in the bar were excellent. Food good. It was kind of drizzly in Sedona but that made the view even better. Unfortunately cook staff didn’t show for Christmas morning breakfast so we had to wait hour and a half but it was very tasty.
It was amazing and the setting was wonderful. The service was excellent especially the golf cart rides to town any time you want it. The setting near a stream was absolutely amazing.
View from room was fabulous! However, noise level was horrendous. Sounded like a heard of elephants was above us. Got very little sleep. Offered a bungalow instead but it took too long so left early. Lost some expensive diamond earrings. Don’t expect to see them again.
