The room was super small, the bed was awful and the room smelled so bad i couldnt breathe It was like they had soaked the whole room in air freshener. I also was the ONLY person there and had the worst gut feeling for my safety. I actually left and went to another hotel. The check in process with a kiosk was awkward and uncomfortable. The whole building needs to be torn down and started over.

Location is everything here. The property itself is super run-down and falling apart. Loose carpet, old saggy mattress, loose toilet, toilet paper holder fell off the wall, ice maker never had ice. But if you don't care about that stuff you'll be thrilled with the location and you really can't beat the price!

“Contactless checkin” was not very smooth. I was trying to talk to the “staff” on the screen but they were clearly talking and laughing with someone else for a while as I struggled to scan my ID with no guidance. Extremely strong smell of Lysol walking in, had to open windows for the whole night to get rid of smell. The headboard was broken upon walking in (leaving a noticeable mark on the wall and leaving the headboard unattached and able to fall on our heads), and there were multiple bugs in the room. Great location but that’s literally it.

Positives: Great location in the heart of West Sedona. Room comes with a clean bed, microwave, smart tv is a plus. The Inn itself is outdated with broken equipment, like leaky shower head, rusty handles, broken towel holder. Jacuzzi has shot down by city inspector. There is a sitting area with some tables and chairs but that’s about it. Cleaning staff was polite and accommodating also the remote “front desk” person. Suggestion, don’t pay more than $80 bucks per night. Def not going back again.
