"Room shower dispensers were empty & 1 washcloth in room. We stayed 2 nites & were out of room all day but it wasn't tidied up on our return. TV wouldn't turn off or change channels. Front ofc cashier had a negative attitude, slightly snoddy. Cigarette butt on floor of hallway & lingering smell of unusual odor. Our key wouldn't allow us access Saturday nite after long day & evening at an event. We had to trouble the 'not so nice front-ofc gal'. She was talking to us behind the wall upon our approach to the counter. Explained that key card wouldn't work. She scolded us for carrying it in our wallet. I'll book at another motel next time. Customer Service and safety should be a top priority for this establishment."

"I wanted to clean, safe, inexpensive and convenient place to stay while in Chandler for a few days. This motel fit the bill perfectly. I really liked that it was about a 12 minute walk into downtown Chandler for restaurants, etc."

"First we request housekeeping never show they just sent towels than we had a water leak for two days people running around after midnight we call the front desk they said o what’s your problem my problem was I can’t even go to sleep and I have a baby in my room is already midnight and people knocking on doors"

"Sink drained slowly. Tub was stained..may have been clean but appeared dirty. Only 2 handicapped parking spots near back entrance."

"Room was spacious, loved the little divider between the 2 beds. The laundry room was a great convenience for us; it was very clean and well maintained. Everywhere we needed to go was close by. Grocery stores, lots of dining options, and freeway close for getting to our farther destinations."

"Great place hotel with excellent views the only negative thing was how flat the pillows are and the bed wasn’t so comfortable other than that it’s a 10 outta 10"
