We only spent one night and end of spring break meant it was busy, lots of children so not the quietest but lovely room, very clean , easy drive into Scottsdale and happy hour snacks n drinks was a lovely bonus and breakfast included. Good value

Had 8 days loved every minute free breakfast in the morning which is always a bonus rooms very big and air conditioning which is essential was fine plenty of things nearby 15 minutes from airport . Special mention Casey on reception absolutely amazing and so friendly

Good, standard hotel, comfortable room, good breakfast selection & good amenities. Very convenient to local attractions. What sets this place apart is the staff - they were all very helpful and courteous and couldn’t do enough to make our stay relaxing & hassle free. The only downside is its location to Scottsdale airport literally just over the road - the planes are very noisy but we live near London Heathrow airport so we soon got used to it!!

Hotel is fantastic, plenty of facilities in the way of food and drink. Pools are exceptional and lots of sunbeds available. Staff are polite and willing to help in anyway they can. We had a room with a balcony on the 13th floor which was amazing, views to die for. You need to stay at this hotel. Complete value for money.

Excellent free shuttle service from the airport. From ringing the hotel to order the shuttle to sitting in our hotel room was less than 30 minutes. Very good breakfast with plenty of hot and cold options. The swimming pool (whilst not the biggest) was great, clean and well maintained. Free coffee in the lobby. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. I really have nothing negative to say about this hotel. Highly recommended

Easy check in, allowed early access to room. Friendly staff throughout our stay. Unusual that maid service was not automatically given, you had to ask but not a problem. It was VERY hot during our stay and would have been nice if there were sun beds by the pool and umbrellas, only a table and chairs with umbrella. I did ask and was told pool furniture was on order. Breakfast was really nice (and the cookies throughout the day!)

Great stay Nice condo, large family pool and quiet

We loved our stay at Home2suites Phoenix airport north. Everything was seamless from the friendly airport shuttle ride to the efficient check in and warm welcome from Brenden, attending to us so well while also managing a medical emergency. The lobby is welcoming and our toom spacious, comfy and clean and the breakfast was tasty and filling. Check out was easy with Tulise who put us at ease regarding our UBER booking. All in all, I thoroughly recommend this hotel!

I booked in prompt at 4pm, very easy check in service, around 5 minutes. the staff were courteous, professional and wanted to make sure I had everything I needed. The room itself was spacious, clean and stocked with all amities, coffee machine, coffee, toaster, pots, pans cutlery, fridge, microwave, dishwasher etc. Very clean and served twice through the week I was there. The pool was great also and the breakfast provided was well laid out, with plenty of choice. I would certainly reconnect...

Good Hotel clean and it has everything you require. Just one thing was miss.. compassion.. as they knew I checked in like 1.30am I asked for late checkout at 12 but they blatantly denied.. on the top of it they started banging my door at sharp 11am.. and I had to vacant room even .. bit extra customer care could have been very well appreciated. Any ways rest it was lovely hotel.. Will love to stay again.. a

Best thing was the lovely friendly staff at check in - April and a gentleman whose name I didn’t get. Room was clean and comfortable, pool was nice with loungers, towels and parasols. Breakfast had a decent selection with bacon, waffles, cereal, fruit and more Location was good just a short drive from PHX
