"The online pictures look nicer than the actual. Room was small and out of date. Friendly hotel/resort staff but bombarded with high pressure sales staff the minute we walked in the lobby. Wanting to set up a sales presentation. Not the way you want to start a vacation."

"We stayed in a villa which was nice and big. In room laundry, which you are expected to wash your own towels, they don’t offer housekeeping in the villas. Not a problem for us, we just did not know this ahead of time. All the pools were really nice, never had an issue getting loungers. Only complaint is that the coffee shop/convenience store was only open until 3:00. It was also the only place to get breakfast on the property and it only ever had one staff working so was very slow. And also only one restaurant on site, but it had a good menu and the food was good! Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again! "
