" I felt very safe in this hotel and the front desk girl was very sweet and accommodating and helpful and let me know exactly where to park and where my room was and accommodating a ground floor for me, I will definitely come back to this hotel, It’s an old hotel but it’s maintained very nice"

"We chose the downtown Kimpton location, because I wanted to avoid large resort fees. The staff couldn't have been any kinder! My only note is that the rooms (we rented 2 rooms), seemed to show some wear & tear on the furniture. The bench had a large stain on it & the furniture had nicks on it. Other than that, the rooms were clean."

"Had to wait at the front desk to check in because the young man in charge was on the phone with a customer with a billing issue. Clearly he was not trained in how to prioritize the front desk and no management to help him out. The hotel was good, but the service, including shuttle was not. 4 of us were signed up for 4 am trip to the airport, and 12 people were waiting at 4. The communication about the shuttle process was poor and managed the front desk."
