"This was our 3rd time staying here. The service was very helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable. I thought the bathroom was small considering this was a suite with a large room. There are no hooks, just one low bar for towels which was awkward for where to put a robe or toiletries. The bathroom counter was not very large either to set things on. Would have been nice to have a double sink. Had a late dinner in the restaurant on site which was excellent. I had taken the Do Not Disturb...

"For it being an expensive hotel i dont like that you have to pay for parking and that you have to call room service to control the Air conditioner. Very nice hotel though"

"We chose the downtown Kimpton location, because I wanted to avoid large resort fees. The staff couldn't have been any kinder! My only note is that the rooms (we rented 2 rooms), seemed to show some wear & tear on the furniture. The bench had a large stain on it & the furniture had nicks on it. Other than that, the rooms were clean."

"Had to wait at the front desk to check in because the young man in charge was on the phone with a customer with a billing issue. Clearly he was not trained in how to prioritize the front desk and no management to help him out. The hotel was good, but the service, including shuttle was not. 4 of us were signed up for 4 am trip to the airport, and 12 people were waiting at 4. The communication about the shuttle process was poor and managed the front desk."

"I really liked the friendliness of the reception staff. Melinda helped me and was super sweet. The gentleman(forgot his name) helped with getting my bags to the room. Not having a microwave in the room is inconvenient enough but they did not have one in the hotel for guest use and I felt that is ridiculous in 2024."
