"I was pleasantly surprised how wonderful my stay was. From the greeting when I arrived to checkout all interactions with positive and friendly. The room and property was clean and maintained. I love that there was EV charging that was reasonably priced. The parking lot was well lit at night. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. I will definitely stay again. I would love to see an offer for repeat stays if so, you would lock in my loyalty. "

"The front staff was borderline incompetent!!! She couldn't program the keys correctly and my key didn't work the first time at all. Apparently this was a her issue because a bunch of people came in to get their room keys fixed while I was checking in. She also verbally gave me a room number but then wrote down a completely different room number on my key folder which was another person's room. Didn't really matter because the key didn't work on either room anyway. The walls are paper thin and apparently they don't care about their posted quiet hours. Both nights I was woken up by someone cranking their music up at 1am and when I called down to the desk I was asked what did I want them to do about it. The only plus side to this hotel is that there is a Dutch Bros at the end of the street."
