"The rooms were clean and had things you would need and the staff were friendly and courteous 1 thing I was disappointed at was the laundry room it was dirty with trash on floor and someone's clothes were Lefted in washer so I had to wait in there for 30 mins for the person to come take out their clothes and your convenient store was really nice to have but pricey Other than that I really enjoyed my 1st time stay at Sonesta Simply I will be back Thank You Sonesta !"

"We go the hotel around 6pm, they first sent us to a dirty room. It was completely unmade as if guests have just left. We went back to the receptionist desk and she told us that she couldn’t find us a room, we sat there and waited about 20 to 30 minutes as she tried to find us a room. She said she can only find us a king bed, so we had to deal with it. We went up to the new room and it turned out to be two queen beds. Which was beneficial to us, but still upsetting that she didn’t even know the rooms. When my husband went to shower, the water was not draining from the tub. I called the front office immediately, she told me that there was no one there tonight so we would have to wait until the morning. Mind you we had a concert that night and traveled to Phoenix for this concert. As my husband went to turn off the shower, the shower knob completely fell off. The next morning I spoke with the manager and he was very kind! But it does not excuse the experience we got at this hotel."

"I had a suite and it was reeeaaaalllly nice. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. I checked in late and they said the latest I could check in was 11:00pm. Check in was at 3:00 but I didn't check in until after 9:00pm. I had a full kitchen...stove, refrigerator and microwave!!! The staff was very courteous, pleasing and made sure that I had everything I needed. Breakfast was really good and hot. They had cereal, eggs, bacon, potatoes, etc. and you could get whatever you want. I know what hotel I want to stay next time I'm traveling."
