The space was great! Nice big hotel room. The only problems were: pool didn’t look clean and safe, there were a lot of shady people after dark at the property, two roaches came out of the kitchen sink, some of the light switches did not work.

The property was spacious, and my unit was as large as an apartment, so I had plenty of room to spread out. The pool was great, but the best thing about it is that I went down there to see spring training games, and its location just north of Phoenix meant that I was within a half hour of all of the ball parks! The people running the place were very nice as well!

Staff was very nice and welcoming. There’s lot of good food choices around but the room was very dirty and had not been cleaned. We switched to a new room and checked out within a few hours. There were stains on the couch, holes on the curtains. We were scared to sit or touch anything and there were roaches everywhere. Loud kids playing outside. It was not ideal at all

What upset me was they wouldn't room my deposit over for me to extend my stay out price match the lowest on line price for that exact hotel and room like studio 6 does other than that I liked it much better but I did see a couple roaches unfortunate pretty control and clean garbage cans could rid that problem big bathtub I liked that and fun kitchen with stove and oven kits to like lots to dislike but I will stay here again so because of the room size and kitchen it's fully stocked with cooking and eating pots pans and what not to cook with and eat on

This property should not be listed and offered as a hotel. The property is mostly occupied by people who are already leaving there. Upon arrival everything seemed pretty good. Tesa helped me check in and thankfully we got there a few minutes before they closed the lobby. Since the online check in didn't work. So if you get there past 8 the lobby and front desk is closed. The outside area smelled like marijuana. People visibly smoking outside even thought its not permitted. The area was already looking bad but we still got out and headed to our rooms. First room door handle was broken of like someone forced their way in. So we headed towards the secon room. We walked to a kitchen with cockroaches, a stained couch, doors with holes, weird smell, uncleaned bathroom. We hurried picked our stuff and left. Nothing felt clean about the rooms and was unsafe. The pictures posted are not the reality of this place.

When I arrived to check in the staff was nice. However I began to get a sense of what the place is like. Guests/ residents were arguing with staff. It happens. I soon realized people actually live there. I thought it was apartments that are like town homes that are used, I’ve stayed in some similar in Florida but are used for vacations or trips. Room was okay. No window blinds, just curtains. One even being hanged by nails, the sliding door bar for the lock was also held up by nails. I mean do what you must but not for a room that is meant to get people to stay in. Door could let me push on the handle and I could see the door hinges. If someone really wanted to bust through they could. No deadbolt. Our toilet was plugged, I called and left messages, no one called back after saying they would. I could only call with no answer because we only stayed to sleep and would get up early and come back late at night since we had a tournament and plans. The room next to us had a medium sized dog that growled at my son (we have dogs) my son was scared a little. Also the first night someone was banging on a door for a while and again in the early morning. Dog was also barking late at night for a while which I don’t mind that as much but it probably would bother people. Also the music blasting. The basketball court was not painted like the pictures. Oh and roaches were found the day before we left!! I mean it’s bound to happen when you stay at an actual low cost apartments!

If it weren't possible at all to leave any sort of a lesser review than One Star, I would do it. The only reason I'm leaving a review is so people know how horrible and wretched this place is to stay in. The people that are working at the front desk are fine. The environment, the cleanliness, the rooms are trash. I don't say that lightly. I mean that with every sense of the word: the environment and the surrounding environment is not safe to bring a family to, not safe to bring your wife. Everything in this place was horrible. When I say rodents, roaches, and critters, they were everywhere. From the moment that I walked through the front door I counted at least five roaches living in the floor dead. When I woke up in the middle of the night I counted at least six crawling around on the counters and I had to kill. This place is absolutely horrid and I should have been refunded for even staying here but I just don't want to be tolerated with people anymore. There isn't a more horrific review that can be left of this place and I use hotels all the time. Do not, and I mean this, do not stay there. I canceled two days early and found a different hotel in just eight. The cost because I did not want to be in that place anymore. They gave me two towels, no dishes, no pots and pans. The shower was horrific, everything When I asked for more towels or more pillows they rejected that and iinform me to do my own laundry. The people were kind the service was below human standard.

Rented this room because the photos and price looked like a great choice, and the reviews were mostly great. We got in the room late so we didn’t notice too many details, other than the room smelling so badly of cigarettes, even though they claimed to be a smoke free property. The next day, all the details started to show. We went out for breakfast and when we came back the place smelled like someone went into our room and smoked cigarettes in there. It gave me an immediate headache and when I approached the counter the best they could do was offer a deodorizer. The front desk person was super nice. We then went to a store to buy our own air freshener and returned to a scent of cigarettes and room deodorizer. Luckily we bought Lysol air disinfectant that helped me stay for the time I had booked. They told me I got one of the nicer rooms and that there wasn’t any more rooms to move me to, upon diggin into the reviews a little further I quickly realized most of us booked with great hopes because of the great photos and nice reviews but then you find all the honest ones of experiences like mine and think, damn shoulda paid a bit more to stay somewhere nicer. This was for sure just four walls to sleep in and it’s unfortunate how bad the condition of my room was because I really wanted to like this place. I don’t recommend it at all especially if you have children. Hard Pass.

If you want the experience of Section 8 living, this is your place! We found the Metro Phoenix all-inclusive living apartments/hotel, because it was close to my daughter's graduation at Grand Canyon University. Upon arrival, at about 11:00 AM, we expected to be able to check in early. But the front desk was unable to accommodate us. They did, however, give us a door code and informed us that early check-in would cost $50. Otherwise, the door code would not be active until 4:00 in the afternoon. About an hour later, we returned and said we would pay the $50 fee. We were then told the room was still being cleaned and wouldn't be ready for another hour. So I asked if the additional two hours would still cost $50, and they said yes. As you can see from the photos, the inside of the apartment/room is aged, marginally cleaned, and something I would never stay at again. The pool was a beautiful shade of green. The choice of sunshades from the other residents proved to be quite eclectic. The surround for the dishwasher, although the dishwasher was new, was mostly absent—almost as impressive as the burned pot stains on the floor and the replaced tile, which was not even close in size or color. One of the cabinets had a sparse selection of plates. And they were kind enough to remove the smoked glass for easier access. A few of the outlets did not have the required covers.
