The staff was very attentive. However, our room had a foul odour, the toilet still had feces on it from the previous guest and the shower drain was clogging up. It was definitely one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed at.

I did not stay. The room wasn’t as stated on site. Older room broken fixtures gross microwave. Dingy bathroom don’t take your shoes off anywhere. Didn’t feel safe in the area.

The bed frame was not secure and was made of metal that made a loud banging noise with any movement other than a simple roll over. WE called the desk and they said all their beds were the same.

The room wasn’t cleaned well. Sheets had stains. I comfort the top of the bed was grayish color instead of white. They definitely need better laundry service.

There were ants in the bathroom, electrical outlets were not able to hold charging cords for phones/devices, one outlet was hanging out of the wall, lamp bulb was burned out or just not working, no hot water out of sink to wash my face (lukewarm only).
