"Nice rooftop pool"

"Room was clean. Very spartan. Platform bed was not comfortable. Room was small. The hooker four doors down was not a problem nor was the ex-con who was next door to me. The road traffic was significant but at least the other tenants weren’t noisy. Parking was easy and the registration person was professional. "

"The check in took hours and I was forced to get any room in a rush in order to dont miss my meetings in town. I got a double when I book a king. Very bad night. Folks from the frontdesk (Felix) tought tha giving us free breakfast will ease the situation. Bad experience for me and my wife. Ah, I coudnt add my Marriot points as well. Nightmare"

"This was such a fun hotel for a weekend to visit our daughter in college! The rooms were comfortable and well stocked. No complaints at all and we will definitely be staying here in the future!"

"The cleaning conditions of the room needed some attention, when we walked into our room their was dirty eyelash clusters on the floor, bathroom seemed dusty, maybe just no one had used it in a while. Cleaning could be just a little better. Everything else was great and this is the second time we stay here."

"I don’t recall anything that I ate here that was particularly scrumptious. The free smoothies appear to be the sugar filled frozen drink filler from behind the bar. It’s not freshly blended fruit. I do appreciate the free daily margarita, but honestly that’s premade too. Great location for sure and Tempe is a cool lil college town. Would definitely stay here again. "
