Check in was very easy and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. It was my daughter’s birthday and they were so helpful letting us celebrate with her sports team in the lobby. We had a one bedroom suite and the only negative is our room faced the street where trolly goes by and makes lots of noise. It makes it hard to sleep past 6am. If you like to hike a mountain across the street or walk the river walk it’s right there.

The room we were assigned had a strong, foul odor resembling a plumbing backup or something decomposing. When we reported the issue to the front desk, we were told no other rooms were available, and our concern was dismissed without meaningful assistance. The only staff member who made an effort to help was a security guard named Rob, who acknowledged the issue and attempted to improve the situation by providing fans and deodorizers. We appreciated his professionalism. I was in town with my Brazilian Jiu Jitsu team for a tournament and had recommended this hotel to multiple families from our school. In total, five families stayed at the property. Unfortunately, due to this experience and the lack of adequate response, I would not stay at or recommend this hotel in the future.

Great stay but…

Great and comfy room. Only downside was the noise from the street, college kids (I’m assuming) revving the cars and speeding at all hours of the night. I will stay again but will definitely ask for a room away the street.
