"Overall this is a great place and would certainly stay again. The only issue was the room was not swept/mopped prior to our checking in. I understand the beach sand is hard to clean but there was literally a pile of sand in the room. My suggestion to help with this is to provide a broom in every room. This would be a wonderful solution for guests and it would help the cleaning staff. "

"My grandson had an allergic reaction the day we arrived. . We were at the hospital all day. The Dr. told us if he wasn't better in the morning, he'd be admitted. We left that night. The front desk manager, Leah Kocke, was very sympathetic and gave us a full refund. Without hesitating!!! I needed that!! We made it home safe and my grandson is doing so much better. "No, this isn't a 5 star resort, but the staff & location certainly make up for that. The facility is clean and the location is excellent. The staff, from housekeeping to coffee shop to front desk are fantastic!!! They are definitely 5 Star!"
