Staff was notified and they assured me it would be taken off. However, it cleared my bank account next day and it took a week after we got home to get our money back. Other than taking off the charge that wasn’t ours to start with, the staff did absolutely nothing to resolve the situation. "

"The hotel had lots of outdoor amenities that seemed beautiful. Unfortunately due to weather we were not able to partake in them, making the room more important. Ended up with a lousy view of the roof of the adjacent attached building. Warning to Hilton Honors members, due to booking through Expedia you do not receive any points for the stay or any additional consideration."

"Loction was great, , are room was out side of the elevator area and it was very loud. We called the desk to see about chaging rooms. They moved us to other end of floor in front of the other elevator . All night we heard that sound. At check out we informed them of the issue. The manager did apologize but we did not get much sleep. Also websites says parking 15 dollars was really abot 19 dollars. .it was a nice location and a great view if you can over look the loud noise."
