"The unit was very clean. The dishwasher smelled like something died in it and would not work. The water filter pitcher would not filter water. The master bath pipes made a very loud knocking noise when the water was on or the toilet was flushed. The door lock system was easy to use. The code was delivered late and I had to call customer service to get the code resent. "The property was nice. The gym was tiny and needs improvement. The condo was good. It could definitely use an updating on the furniture but overall it was nice place. For the money we paid it should’ve been an excellent place but it wasn’t. We booked last minute so our options were limited. With that being said we’d only stay there again for a great price. It definitely wouldn’t be our first choice."

"Absolutely love staying at Pensacola Resort. It’s beautifully decorated, and the room is quiet & very comfortable. There is a small gift shop that had a friendly worker that I enjoyed chatting with- all staff that I encountered were very friendly and helpful.. The Tiki bar by the pool was good for a quick lunch, The pool seemed nice, but I noticed several chairs were not in good condition which was surprising and were not being used- maybe since it was early in the season they had not been updated. I had dinner at the bar on this visit, but the restaurant is also very good if you want to stay in. I would highly recommend!"

"I really don't have a negative thing to say about this place. Fantastic room, comfortable bed, quiet, good breakfast, right on the beach, every room has a view, free parking. Only thing, wish they had a coffee maker in the room. Would for sure stay here again!"
