"The floor was filthy. There was sand everywhere. The washer and dryer need proper maintenance performed. It took several cycles to get the laundry clean and dry. The kitchen did not have everything necessary to cook and the dishes had not been washed prior to our arrival. The hot water heater is in need of either a good cleaning or repairs as the hot water only lasted a few moments before running out. There was no extra bedding for the pull out sofa bed. "We loved all the stuff they had for kids and the 3 pools. Especially the little pool for young kids to use. My only complaint is the size of the bathroom (literally was like a shoe box) and with how much you pay, more things should be complimentary such as breakfast."

"We had extra charges aside from the $200 deposit taken out of the bank account , and the front desk couldn't tell us why. And that they could not return extra payments they took out (literally no explanation or reason for it) until we checked out. So $70 of our vacation money was taken and we couldn't get it until after we checked out. Other than that , the stay was perfect."

"Awesome old school Florida Beach Hotel! The location is so amazing! Only issue we had was the bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work and there was mold on the bathroom ceiling. Room was the one that is backed up in the left corner with window facing the pool, first floor- just behind the staircase and office- maybe 211?? All they need to do is get the exhaust fan working and do mold removal and the room would be amazing-"
