Absolutely do not Book here. Room was filled with mold and rust. Checked in and checked out the same day.

The Pensacola Beach Resort
We had a gulf view room, which was exactly what we wanted and could see dolphins from our balcony. The staff was friendly. The pool is really nice, but too many kids for my taste. We like to walk and never took the car for dinner. I would definitely recommend and hope to return soon.

Waterscape Condominiums
The pictures of the property online had much better views than the actual room. We had a view of the parking lot of the adjacent hotel while the property we saw online had pool and beach views. Just a little misleading. Otherwise, the room was still very nice.

Rooms were clean, the staff was friendly the few times I had to call, I didn’t have beach or ocean view from the room, but it was a great location. We enjoyed our time, and will be back!
