"It was older but clean. Its being refurbished nicely. The maintenance man came immediately when the shower wouldn't drain properly. My dad tried to do a load of laundry. He put coins in and nothing. I went to the office and requested a refund. She refused. Said there was a sign. No sign. That's a little thing. But it seemed rude the way she said it. I have dogs and the residents that seem to live there didn't leash their dogs. That made me uncomfortable. They did keep them...
