"Location was great, room was spacious but carpet in the room was in good need of a refresh"

"We’re a family of four - two adults, two kids aged 6 and 8. We stayed here two years ago for one night and came back for another night last week, both times after disembarking from a cruise. The ocean view queen suite was great both times. Lots of room to spread out and lovely to watch the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony. Kids love the lazy river and we enjoyed the live music and having the restaurant bring out our food to the pool area - definitely convenient. Some staff wasn’t as happy/friendly this time but overall a good stay. "

"The blower in the room was a bit much and couldn’t regulate. Breakfast should at least provide a paper plate for waffles or don’t serve waffles using those little box serving dishes. "
