Great value for family

Property was fine. Just a little dated.

Staff was helpful and polite. Specifically Housekeeping was very accommodating and provided excellent service.

Great new hotel in the area. The room was extraordinary spacious with a king bed and a sofa bed. It has kitchen and dining table as well after those longs days in the parks for a nice family dinner. It has a buffet breakfast (a couple of nice options) to get you start the day. The pool was amazing and after a bit of jacuzzi time. Close to everything including Walmart for a fast run. Very close to the disney theme parks.

If you are looking for a Hotel walking distance to Disney Springs this is it. Shuttle complementary to the parks, but they don't ran often. we waited 1hr 30 mins outside of epcot for the shuttle. I have stayed here before, and unfortunately this time they didn't have the breakfast buffet with disney characters nor the disney store at the hotel. They mentioned after covid they made all those changes. If you book a room on the outside of the property you will be waken up with the noise of the street, and trash removal at 5am every morning. I made this observations to lady with long hair at the front desk and she cared less, didn't move my room, even though I've stayed in this hotel 4 times in the past 8 years. Then at check out, Wilson was very kind listening to me, and he refunded part of my resort fee.
