"The room was big and clean Staff was wonderful"

"Decent location with restaurants and the beach a short walk away. The hotel is tired. We had a good time, but our room was in need of a reno. TV was small and broken, beds were uncomfy and had squeeky springs. Bathroom is simply in need of a gut. Worst part, there was an adjoined room where you could hear almost everything next door (simple conversation, loud children, tv). This would be a good hotel for a lot of families, but surprised the online reviews were positive given our experience."

"Stayed one night before a cruise. We were happy and satisfied. Rooms are dated but most important is they were clean. A nice night's rest before departing for a cruise."

"This is a great place to stay with one exception. The pool does not get the staffing it needs. While we were there it ran out of towels. Ash trays were left filled for far too long. Abandoned coffee sat for hours. Spilled drinks beside the pool were left for hours. Disappointing when so many other things are done well. "

"We were not impressed with the breakfast. It had "hot" food but the omelet was a processed circle of egg, no cheese or anything added. The sausage tasted old. Their bagels were mini & limited choice for healthier food. A lot of people were using the waffle makers while I was there but I didn't have one. I would pass on the breakfast & head to IHop across the street. The room was clean & large. The only complaint I have is that workers were working on a room nearby & made lound noises or stood outside my room & talked (we were on the end room so we heard everyone walk by through the outer wall) Hotel was a short drive to downtown Cocoa & near the port."

"Loved everything about my hotel stay! The staff were extremely kind, went above and beyond and having a restaurant onsite was so helpful. It’s nice to stay somewhere and not have to order fast food. I would stay here again and already planning on my next stay! Jr suite is the way to go! Private and roomy, win-win!"
