"This property has been noticeably renovated, but my mattress was the worse. Couldn't get to sleep until 3:30 am and awakened at 5:30 due to the hay filled/fiber filled mattress. HORRIBLE. Also...the toilet seat screws were noticably loose; FIX IT As for the breakfast; it was quick bagel stuff, yogurt, egg white omelette with sausage too. Plenty of coffee and juices and fruits. And, albeit to be hot scolding water in the shower, it was not easily adjustable. That's a problem; FIX IT"

"Everything was nice. The only complaint I have is that I booked a king and they gave me a double queen. That was fine except it was my honeymoon. "

"The hotel is nice and clean, and has great amenities. The downside is the front desk staff. The two women at the front desk are horrible. They both acted as if they were inconvenienced and were just rude. I have stayed at many Hilton hotels and have never experienced such unprofessional employees at check-in. Their attitudes never improved, I watched others check in throughout the evening, and their attitudes never improved when guests were checking in."
