"Front desk lady stephanie was very offputting, slamming door & being rude. Rest of the stay was great. Inexpensive hotel that was clean, room was cool, walking distance to beach. 15 min from port."

"Very nice although we had a small maintenance problem. They made it right with us by moving us to another room and then back into our assigned room. Maintenance needed to communicate more worth the front desk on when the room was finished though. Pool was not opened but could use the Marriott Hotels pool. But in the end very happy with the stay."

"We did not stay. We opened the door to the room, it smelled of black mold. The bathtub was disgusting. We left. We did not receive a refund, but there was no way we were staying there. We aren’t the only people that was highly disappointed. We walked by one room that had their door propped open with the mini fridge. This place needs to be tore down. "

"Positive: they offer good options for breakfast. Negative: the hotel is outdated and clearly in need of major upgrades. Parking is difficult, especially for people with disabilities. There is security on site, but there is no monitoring of the pool area. Teenagers jump into the lazy river-style pool, disrupting guests, and some people smoke despite it being prohibited. Basic items or amenities, such as Wi-Fi was not available or at the very least, the internet password was not offered. The final straw was the weekend parties held in a salon next to the reception area. These events take up guest parking, forcing guests to park at nearby businesses and walk back. The live music is extremely loud until 10 p.m., making it very difficult to relax or sleep. "

"I had a one bedroom suite which were two rooms joined together. There were two full bathrooms, a full living area and two queen beds. A nice balcony overlooking the ocean and pier was a beautiful addition. Two refrigerators with freezers and two microwaves. Two tv’s and two full length mirrors. There was one desk and and a pull out sofa. The only complaints is that there was no bottled water or freestanding water container in the hotel to obtain any water from during our visit. Even near the pool it was only bar service. Being at the beach it was hot and we ran out of bottled water fast. The free breakfast was decent and tasty with simple options. Coffee was tasty and I am picky! The pool was heated and it was clean. Beach access was nice. You could rent chairs and umbrellas for cash from a local vendor or bring your own chairs or blankets. The hotel is not the most secure meaning you only need your key card to enter your room. I would stay here again since it was close to everything and clean and everyone was friendly."
