Makes it very easy to go to the beach. Plenty of parking, bar at the pool, hot tub, fire table, cafe. This hotel has so many amenities you barely need to leave. A little pricey but worth it!"

"It is an older hotel, however, staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and spacious, close proximity to Ron Jon Surf Shop and Cocoa Beach Surf Company. It is also within walking distance to the beach so you don’t even have to drive anywhere. Also if you are one of the higher floors and facing the ocean you can get a pretty nice view of it. "
