The mattress was uncomfortable, and having stayed in many hotels, we can confidently say this did not meet basic comfort expectations. Additionally, there was no breakfast available in the morning—only coffee—despite the listing stating that breakfast was included, which was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. Lastly, the staff’s attitude was not very polite or welcoming. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations."
