"The room was nice, the hotel was clean and somewhat updated. We enjoyed the pool, though we wished there was a hot tub. We were surprised that there wasn't ice water available for guests in the lobby. That seems like a very easy, inexpensive perk to provide guests. We were also disappointed that there was a $35/day fee to park. Overall we had a good experience, but these issues were noteworthy. "

"The first room we were put in I smelled mold immediately when we walked in. My entire family has previously been sick from black mold. When a staff member came to look the whole wall in the bathroom under the wall paper and on the ceiling had mold. They asked if they could paint over it and we told them no. After some time of not hearing anything my husband went back to the front desk and was told they tried to “fix it” and we refused. You can’t just paint over mold and it be ok. It can make people VERY sick!! Needless to say my husband was adamant we be put in another room which they accommodated. Regardless this property needs to be checked for black mold! It’s very unsafe. "

"Summary of property below, but here's my complaint. There was obvious a wedding party - all good, love weddings, celebrate, yay! Friday night, guests loud in the parking lot (below my room) and in the hallways, but dissipated quickly. Still woke me up. Saturday night was a nightmare. Bass and sound kicked up enough at 1:30 AM that it woke me up. Called downstairs and I was supposed to know where the noise was emanating from...figure out it was from the party/ballroom, but suffered until 2:30 AM when it was over. How is no one checking the sound and moderating it? Property was clean, I think the rooms have been updated, but there is only so much you an do with a 5 story mid-00's atrium, lol, which dates the property, but not a big deal. Will not be back, unless I make friends with someone partying at a wedding until 2:30! Pool is large, lovely, towel service is inside the pool entrance. Not loving $21/night to park in an asphalt lot. Ice machines are on non-sequential floors (2 & 3, but there are 6 floors? Maybe floor 6, which is fancier has it's own?)"

"We were charged for parking 3 times, though we were told we had 24 hour in & out privileges! Not pleased about that. Would have used valet, but they never acknowledged us, which is why we parked ourselves from the beginning."
