"Property is well maintained and the staff is professional. The star less is because even though we had a room for 3 the sofa bed had no lines or pillow, we had to call to request that. And the parking lot has a sign letting you know they are not responsible for your vehicle but they charge you $20 dollars daily for the parking.😳"

"We booked a King Size Suite with Sofa bed. We got a king size bed in a small room with only one night stand. There was no consideration to the comfort. In addition to missing a night stand, there was a pedastal sink with absoultely no room for toiletries in the bathroom. It's a large bathroom with plenty of room for a table for guests to use. Also, the hair dryer was filthy! I understand this is an old hotel, but not receiving the room we booked and paid for was totally disappointing! I would not recommend this hotel."

"The main reason I reserved this hotel is that they have hot tub. I had called them before I reserved whether it is working or not. They said it is working. However, when I checked in the manager said it has been broken for 5 months. So disappointed. Tried to cancel it with hotel.com, but it was hard. Room smells so bad, so I asked to change it. The breakfast was same all 3 days, not good"

"Property was welcoming unfortunately even with requesting early check in had to wait until almost 3 for my room. On my 3rd night of being there as I was getting ready for bed a cockroach the size of a mouse was running on the bed frame and wall. Who knows how long it had been in my room when I notified front desk they ask if I was from Florida but it’s normal. Not the way to handle the situation and offered to give me a second room. Second room wasn’t the type of room I paid for my regular room was a king bed but ended up in a double twin bed. Not pleased with how it turned out"
