"Breakfast was fresh. Only complaint I have is children crying and running up and down the hall but that is a parent problem, not a hotel problem. It eventually settled and I slept well. Nice walking distance to a few restaurants so I was able to get dinner after a long flight. I felt safe walking in the "dark" because it was well lit area and had a nice late dinner."

"Everything was great. We loved the early check-in! Staff was wonderful, bfast was good. Beds were 'ok'. Very clean though. Free shuttle to the airport was a plus, although our driver handled our luggage very poorly- by literally & purposely, slamming them on top of one another as hard as he could. Then, as he opened the door at the airport, they all fell out & 2 hit the ground. We had to check our luggage for breakage - luckily all was ok. He did state that he was having bad day, but that surely wasn't our fault or problem. We still tipped for his service, but we did not deserve that behavior. Everything else was excellent though! We would stay here again, if returning to Orlando! "

"One reason i booked was expedia review about breakfast which is completely incorrect. They just have basic cold breakfast compared to much better breakfast i had at other places. Also the breakfast counter is so small that you need to wait long. I would never stay here. Stayed here 7 days and it was not upto the mark. Look at google reviews which is more accurate."

"Sara was amazing. She and one other coworker were the only ones working, and they were handling the front desk, bar, and kitchen all at once. With both a basketball and softball tournament going on, the place was packed with kids and families, but she stayed calm, professional, and kind the entire time—even dealing with a few rude customers. She truly went above and beyond and absolutely deserves a raise! "

"Staff was friendly. Landscaping is beautiful. Breakfast was excellent. However…. The room was ok clean. Tidy, but… Pizza boxes left in oven. Splatter on walls. Carpet had big stains. One lamp was broken a teetering. And there is NO soundproofing between floors. I mean, none. Anyone simply walking around, just normally, upstairs could be heard. Lots was good. But the noise was significant."
