The light on the right hand side of the bed we couldn't shut off we had to unplug it. The air conditioner fan came on then and didn't shut off for a long while and it was very noisy. It was so loud I asked my husband if there was a truck idling outside.

The location was great and the room was very clean.

Overall the corridors should be cleaned more often especially the removal of the trash. Came in around 12am two nights from a gathering, all the trash can outside & inside were spilling out trash, there was no available parking spots. We had to park with approval in the employee of the month spot or park it on the curve which we were not comfortable with. Room restroom should be detailed cleaned or renovated. The rest of the room was descent.

The location was extremely close to the venue that I was attending for a wedding. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and breakfast was good.

Bathroom tiles were broken, sofa bed is not very comfortable , rooms need to be renovated , it did not look like a Hyatt property at all. Wont stay here again
