"Breakfast was great. Super helpful staff. This was a perfectly placed property adjacent to the Pensacola Public Beach. Has a great bayside private beach. Enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards free to the guest! My pup was the star of the trip and got pets and treats! Best trip and much needed. "

"Room was very very nice. I was a bit disappointed there wasn't a microwave to use or laundry equipment anywhere on the property to use. Those are the only complaints i would have. We did not eat at the reasturants. "

"The hotel was very clean, rooms and beds were nice, and the view was stunning! The arcade was a bit lacking with most games out of order. The hot tub was being maintained so we couldn't get in til our last day but when we got in it was very hot and nice! The heated pools and the rock slide were awesome! They charged a $100 deposit that we were not expecting and also charged $10 per day for parking which was a hidden small print fee that we were unaware of til checkout...All in all it was a good stay! "

"Absolutely loved our stay here! We were grateful for a little earlier check in as we drove down from Maine. Our room was very quiet, beds & pillows were comfy, the views from our deck were brilliant. We loved the lazy river, swings & hammocks by the fire pit, the velvet soft sand on the beach, the yummy strawberry ice cream on site and that we had the flexibility to utilize the pools at both the properties to the right & left of our hotel during our stay! Downside, no one overseeing/managing the pool area in regards to food & beverages being consumed in the pool & left behind when folks left. No regulation to folks putting towels on chairs by pool & then going to beach for day leaving less for those of us wanting to stay poolside. The food, service & attentiveness of servers was not great at the restaurant. Again, will definitely visit again! Highly recommend! ❤️ staff, overall, very friendly. "

"The room was okay but there were a lot of dust under the bedroom and hair found on the bedsheets. The hotel doesn’t provide water or tea in the room. Beach access is from the pool but chairs and umbrella is not provided by the hotel. There is a $55 charge per day to use the umbrella and chairs. This information was not listed by the hotel in Expedia. Hotel staff is okay. It didn’t feel like 4 star hotel for sure. Food and drinks are on the beach and pricy. Overall, our experience was 3/10 "

"Beach view was amazing! Staff were great and helpful! Room was clean & beds were comfortable! Shower could of had better water pressure but that is my only complaint. Otherwise, the hotel had everything there on site. The pizza in the restaurant was very tasty! I liked having an indoor and an outdoor pool and the ping pong table in the pool room. They also had outdoor jenga and connect four for the kids to play. There is beach access on site as well so we didn't need to leave much. Would definitely come back and stay here again!"
