club vibes if that’s what you want, although they do have some fun nights and live music.
The room we booked is beautiful, had the jacuzzi on the balcony and we loved it! Plus we were lucky our building was next to the pool/bar that closed the latest, at midnight so as night owls it was ideal.
I loved the staff everyone was super helpful and friendly. You have to make reservations for the all inclusive dinners each night instead of just walking in, but they make that process simple by allowing you to message your building’s personal butler via Whatsapp. For anything you need, toothbrushes, bluetooth speaker, restaurant reservations, transportation outside the resort, etc. they are quick to respond. Room service is also quick.
Pools are beautiful and TRS Yucatan is the one to choose on that property, you have access to the other resorts on the Grand Palladium property so we enjoyed pool-hopping at each bar. Especially the swim up at White Sands.
We booked excursions outside the resort including Xplor Fuego & HipHopMex boat party. Also took a trip to Playa del Carmen by all the stores and lounges. Highly recommend booking excursions ahead and plan going out the resort if you stay here, unless you’re looking to just hang out by the pool all day."
