"The space was amazing for families. Beds were clean and comfortable, the kitchen was equipt with enough dishes. The first night the were a couple people fighting till 2am ( quiet time is 22:00-05:00) Needs a deep clean"

"Waited 5 minutes before someone came to the door to let us check in. When we did finally get in the room, we noticed hairs in both my and my sons bed. My son's bed was also a little dirty. Despite having a wall mounted receptacle for shampoo, conditioner and sop in the shower, they were all empty. There was a lone shampoo bottle in the shower though. Provided only 2 towels for the bathroom, no hand towels. On our second night, got back about 10:30. The back door was locked and I had to call the property to be let in. Hated it so much, even though I paid cash up front for the entire stay at check in (Because credit card payment would be 10% additional charge), I paid for another hotel room and stayed in a different place our last night. Less than desirable experience. Would not stay again."

"We didn’t understand the parking situation so we ended up paying instead of getting a voucher but it all worked out. The staff was very friendly and the rooms clean. The building secure with a keypad check in. The only drawback which was not the fault of the hotel was some road noise and the many trains going thru at night. The window air conditioner worked well. We enjoyed sitting on the patio at the bar next door and siping our delicious cocktails. "

"I rented mainly because it had a pool and hot tub but the hot tub looked a little dirty. That was a bit of a turnoff. The pillows really sucked. And all night I could hear a train whistle going cuz I had to leave my window open a little bit but that is not the hotels fault. I did like that it was close to a lot of stores that I enjoyed visiting"
