The location is perfect and convenient to everywhere in Richmond. Staff and service are great, I asked to replace the bedding set since one of the blankets has some smells, they changed it for me in time and there was also a call from the front desk for the follow up. Overall the experience is great.

The staff both at the front desk and in the restaurant were very professional. helpful, and pleasant. The airport shuttle missed picking us up twice, we waited an hour with pickups every 30 minutes. The hotel paid for us to take a taxi to the hotel. Then when we checked in we could not get on the 4am airport shuttle in the morning as it was fully booked, next morning the hotel paid for a taxi back to the airport at 4 am. The only downside to the hotel is the location although super convenient to the airport, it does not have many dining options nearby. We did eat in the hotel restaurant and the service was very attentive, prices reasonable, and service very good.

Property is in unique area with Asian influence. Local grocery was an Asian grocery with just western staple-items and fresh produce. A summer night market with Asian theme was in walking distance providing unique leisure activity that was family friendly. Restaurant was a bit pricy, but had best Lox ever for breakfast. Bring your own clock if you don't own a smartphone.
