Very clean hotel with supportive, welcoming, and friendly staff. Overall, it was a great place to stay! The only issue was the noise from the SkyTrain, especially for rooms on one side of the hotel.

1. Location of the hotel is great! Only a minute to the sky train station and no more than 5 minutes to Metropolis Mall. 2. The staffs at the front desk were extremely helpful. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who's going to Vancouver

The hotel is central to Metrotown in Burnaby BC. The staff are exceptional. I travel worldwide, and this is one of the top experiences. I would recommend pre paying the breakfast buffet. Small welcoming SoBu boutique restaurant in the Hyatt.

The location next to the skytrain was perfect! The breakfast was nice. The room with two double beds and a twin sofa bed was perfect for our family of 4. Our oldest teen was able to have his own space on the sofa bed. The staff was helpful and friendly. Housekeeping was great. We will definitely come back!

We booked a room for a weekend trip for its convenient location to the SkyTrain. We stayed in a two queen size beds on the third floor. The room was clean and staffs were friendly and accommodating. They also have a small gym with good equipment. This hotel does offer paid overnight parking which we opted for since street parking wasn't convenient for us. Overall, I'm satisfied with my stay at Hyatt Place Metrotown.

Brand new hotel, great location, very clean. Only downside is that you can hear the skytrain as it goes by every few minutes until like 1am. We were still able to sleep, but if you’re a light sleeper, that may annoy you. The view isn’t great; you’re basically looking into people’s backyard depending on how high up you are, but this wasn’t important to us. Overall, the pros far outweighed the cons.
