The location of this hotel is ideal. We stayed here for before going on our cruise. We used the Hop on Hop off bus to tour around town. It was next to the hotel. Perfect for hotel stay.

Loved that there's a pool, and the suites were nicely thought-out. The staff was really nice, particularly the concierges who kept our luggage for us on both check-in and check-out day. The lobby bathrooms were really beautiful.

We had a great stay at the Sutton Hotel! The location was absolutely perfect (truly location, location, location!) If you’re looking for a place to stay in downtown Vancouver where you’re close to everything and in a great, convenient area, I would definitely recommend this hotel. It made getting around the city so easy and enjoyable. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Already looking forward to coming back!

We took a family trip on an Alaska cruise and stopped one night in Vancouver before it sailed and stayed at La Residence at Sutton Place and it was a very good hotel. We had a two bedroom premium suite with a balcony view of the city, amazing accommodation. The only thing that was a little disappointing was check-in. The employee we spoke to was not honest and we were trying to get an early check-in, but we ended up waiting till 4 pm anyways. It is in a good location. I would recommend this hotel just a little pricey.

We enjoyed our stay as the location is very good and central. The suites are very nicely designed but are getting a little rough in a few areas. The maid service was very good. $60 a night for parking is ridiculous. There is enough meat in the daily rate. Most people would not be driving, so something more in line with appreciating their customers who have rented a stay at the hotel.
