Es un hotel que cuenta con lo necesario para tener un lugar placentero y económico para llegar a dormir, tiene una playita como a 5 cuadras es para lugareños y no se satura como las otras, muy bonita, está a 2.5 km de la terminal ado, recomiendo que sea para solo llegar a dormir ya que el hotel no es para estar haciendo actividades, pero costo beneficio esta muy bien,

Great comfortable place to stay

I had a really good experience staying at Hotel Casa Mora. The room is better than the pictures, the bed was comfortable, the couch was comfortable, the kitchenette was useful and the bathroom clean and spacious. I loved the closet because I was able to fit my boyfriend's and my luggage and clothes to prevent clutter in our room. I loved that it had AC and fans to spread the cool air because it is very needed in Playa del Carmen. The hotel is also at walking distance from anything you need, restaurants, convenience store, etc.The only thing that would have made it perfect is if the wifi was working. The wifi didn't work in our room and in order to use it I had to go to the hall to be able to check emails. Other than that it is a very comfortable and accessible place to stay.

Loved this place!

Perfect week long stay for me in this little gem. Just off the main strip but still close to beach, shopping and restaurants. Staff were great. The room was big with all the amenities needed - very clean and comfy bed. Would highly recommend!

Todo estuvo muy bien mejoraría algunos temas acerca de la comunicación con los encargados pero el lugar es muy lindo y acogedor. Cerca de muchas cosas accesible y limpio. La habitación tenía un olor a cañería muy incomodo se reportó pero suponemos que tiene que ver por la zona, sin duda volvería a hospedarme en Casa Mora

We had an excellent stay at Casa Mora and manager Sofia was a high point. Sofia provided outstanding service, great location, clean new building. We highly recommend Casa Mora if you are heading to Playa del Carmen.

Sofia is amazing ! Great location , walking distance to everything . So many restaurants around the area that are reasonably priced . At the end of busy 5th ave in a quiet and safe area ..can't wait to go back and I highly recommend!

A Great New Hotel!

I recently enjoyed a wonderful vacation in PDC, staying at Casa Mora, a delightful new, small "boutique" hotel, easy walking distance to all the hubbub and fine dining of Fifth Street. The room with frig and stovetop, was impeccable, the staff were friendly and helpful, the little balconies perfect. The rooftop pool is grand. Dogs bark occasionally as they do, you're on the Mayan Riviera on holiday. Sofia and her crew are doing a wonderful job, I look forward to my return. Buzz Noyes Milwaukee, Wisconsin USA

New and comfortable hotel.

Casa mora is a new studio type rooms hotel. It's very proper, clean and fairly comfortable. The area is not super nice because is surrounded by constructions but close to all the lively spots. The staff is helpful and nice although there is no one for the night shift. Also it would be advisable to put a good sign, what they have now is a small and dark wooden board laying on the wall on the ground. So it makes it difficult to find the place. Over all is good value for money

Ao chegar ao local tivemos dificuldade em localizar o hotel.Não há uma placa visivel com o nome do hotel,apenas uma bem pequena mais recuada,não havia número(estavam em reforma).Tudo o mais estava perfeito,quartos novos e bem equipados,limpeza excelente,Sofia e Daniel muito simpáticos.A localização muito boa.Recomendo e voltaria com certeza.

Todo el personal es super amigable y listos para ayudarte en todo lo que necesites tanto Daniel como Luisa excelentes anfitriones. El edificio esta nuevecito y siempre lo mantienen impecable. La limpieza a los estudios es mas que excelente hasta te lavan los platos Wow. Sin duda alguna en un futuro volvere.

This was a great Place to stay - only problem was we only got to stay one night! Great location near the quiet end of 5th avenue. The suite was fabulous - lovely tile and stone throughout! Comfortable bed, big TV (but really, who needs it?). Plunge pool upstairs was also a great space!

What a great stay...felt like home!

Casa Mora was in a quiet area on 48th & 10th Super Modern and clean!!! Safe in room, ac, great kitchen with utensils , great bathroom, very comfortable bed and linens!!! Great terrace with rooftop pool and most important super wonderful staff both Sophia and Daniel were very sweet and helpful!! They speak English and cleaning staff was great too! Thanks so much!
