"Great stay beautiful city "

"Overall it’s a good stay "

"I was dissappointed in the staff that checked us in . I payed for an early checkin and was told Iwould be charged deposit for damages but Iwould get that back in 3 to 5 business days and then another add on for gym and wifi use . I told them i did not need those and that i had paid everything with expedia and was told they are not allowed to charge these . So a serious extra amount more after i already paid my trip is not exceptable i was very dissappointed because was not told that up front . Also here is the best part my daughter did self checkin and didnt have to pay for the gym or wifi. So wont be staying at Cesars again . "

"We were charged a resort fee but they did not have a pool or any resort items to benefit."

"Casinos are all smoking so we got headaches walking through it over our multiple day stay, but the hotel was overall clean. The store/purchases staff were generally courteous, but an overall feeling of annoyance/fatigue could be felt from many of them as we tried to make polite conversation during check out processes. Room service food was fresh and wonderful."

"Excellent stay as always. The room and amenities were great, and everything was clean and comfortable. The only issue we encountered was with the front desk staff. I understand they were extremely busy, but our interactions felt unexpectedly rude. Other than that, everything else about our stay was wonderful."
