"We had a deluxe room. When we arrived there was not any milk on the hospitality tray. We asked at reception and were told they did not have any available! The next day we asked if we could have the room serviced and we were told you had to request this. So we asked if they could note that we would like our room serviced. This did not happen at all during our 3 night stay. Not impressed."

"We enjoyed our 4 night stay at the Zedwell Picadilly. The hotel was clean and smelled great but the hallway carpets had stains and could be cleaned. We came during a heat wave and was grateful for the AC! This was a great location to the theaters, Chinatown and easy access to the tube. Staff were nice and helpful."
