Gute Lage, tolles.Gebäude, gute Frühstück. Gute.Parkmöglichkeit. Der Abfluss der Badewanne war komplett mit Haaren verstopft, geht gar nicht. Auch der Teppich war nicht sauber gesaugt. Das erwartet man in einem solchen Haus anders.

Country feel in urban environment. Nice building and room but limited facilities. We only had breakfast but it wasn't exceptional: we had a long delay in it arriving...and cooked breakfast was cold.

Stayed here a few times with varied success due to mattresses being very uncomfortable but this stay was perfect - room and bed was great and food especially the breakfast always exceptional. Love how easy parking is in comparison to other hotels in Newcastle.

Great location, ease of parking and front of house staff. Generally could do with a refresh. F&B offering is really poor, not enough staff, not well trained enough, unbelievably slow. Walk out to Osbourne Road to avoid disappointment

Always great. Beautiful property, amazing food, wonderful welcome. We stay at Jesmond Dene house on every visit to Newcastle. My only question, why are the toilets so low to the ground?
