Sometimes they didnt leave the full set of towels in the barhroom. When I cslled to the reception the personal was rude. "

"My final bill included food and beverage charges that I did not purchase. It’s been over a week without proper response. I have suggested westin to look at surveillance camera to find out the guests who use our room # for purchase as we were not even in the hotel at that time. No response and I need to continue follow up on the reimbursement."
