"Nice property and excellent location in central London. Walking from paddington station. Restaurant buffet breakfast could be better with some more vegetarian options."

"Check in is automated and frankly a bit of a nightmare, we were given room2 which is in the basement and it was freezing cold, damp and very noisy. Thankfully it was only for one night! The location is excellent so if you’re stuck it’s a credible option but massively overpriced for what it is. It’s very very basic"

The landmark is a beautiful hotel, amazing property great staff always friendly and accommodating. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Leisure facilities are fantastic. The cocktail bar is lovely and the food in the grand central restaurant was great. I always enjoy staying here when in London really feels like a treat.

Lovely boutique-type hotel, within a short walk from Baker Street underground station, yet in a quiet residential area. Loads of chain and independent restaurants in the next street for food options.
Hotel itself was very nice. Check-in was easy, staff were very polite and informative and our room was ready early. The family room we had was clean and recently refurbished with a good size bathroom and comfortable beds. Whilst the bedroom itself was not big, it was adequate size and prefectly...

A warm welcome from excellent reception staff. A great hotel with really quiet bedrooms. It was our second visit and we will definitely be back again next Christmas.

My 2nd time and still good as before.
Clean room, safe, free view TV, modern bathroom (shower) with hot water and soft white towels, Comfy soft bed, with good quality linen. Substantial continental breakfast, croissants, pastry, booked eggs, cheese, yogurt and fresh fruit available.
Conveniently located only 4mins walk from the Edgware Rd tube station.
With nearby food outlets (KFC) only 2 mins away.
Staff very happy to help, supplying extra coffee and milk also shaving gel & razor as had...

Can't get a better location, near to Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Sq, Buckingham Palace...the hotel itself is immaculate, the double room was of a reasonable size, the bed so comfortable and bathroom well appointed. Shower was excellent, complimentary drinks on arrival and cookies and cranberry juice / water in the room. Downsides..not many, view was terrible and there was a slightly unusual smell in the room which you only really noticed first entering.

Everything was perfect. Clean and nicely decorated hotel with good quality amenities, toiletries and in room facilities. Food was lovely and there was a good pool and gym. They put some nice treats in the room for my birthday. The service was outstanding and made the stay special.
