High quality but poor checkin experience.
Great flat inside - we must have been among the first few guests, as the decoration seemed to have been newly finished. At the price, it was an absolute steal, and very convenient for us. Comfortable, spacious, with high quality fittings. However, getting into the property was a disaster. There is no keyholder on-site and you have to pick up the key from a newsagent's stall about 500m away. This, plus confusion from the offshore contact centre that you have to call to get a code to receive the key, left us outside on the street for half an hour with two children at 9pm. The contact centre may have been new to the task, and they were certainly very friendly, but they were ill equipped to handle the call, initially giving me the wrong address and making the process very frustrating. When you check-out, you drop the key at the newsagent again. All in all, the property is excellent and comfortable, and incredible value for money at €44, but there was zero human interaction and the check in process was a disaster.

Beautiful apartment but noisy tenants
The apartment is in beautiful condition. Very modern and new. Very spacious for a family of four. The living room sofas are not comfortable at all. We couldn’t watch TV in the living room because of this. Also, I would not recommend this apartment because the tenants in the lower level kept us up the entire night. They played loud music and partied until 7 am each night. We didn’t sleep for the 3 nights. We complained to the property manager but they did not resolve the situation. The apartment is beautiful but my sleep is more important.

Great flat in Ealing Broadway
Location is excellent, close to Raling Broadway tube station, and many restaurants and shops. Grocery store not even a block away. Comfortable bed, clean working appliances.

Hidden gem !!
Great location, safe, clean, comfortable beds. Lots of room. Near Ealing Broadway train station. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Loved it. Will recommend.

Avoid OYO properties
Pathetic service from OYO team. I faced nothing but problems from the day 1. They made me wait outside the property for 3 hours with my family waiting for the access. Each time I call them, I got a same response “will call you back exactly in 10 min” (which never happened). Finally after 10 to 12 calls to customer care in the chilly evening, I was told to walk to some local store and collect keys. To add more troubles, I noticed other guest already checked in to my so called apartment. Turned out they gave me wrong keys. Again wait time for another hour to get the proper key. Day 2 : Someone locked the apartment main entrance from inside and again I had problems with access. (Agree it’s not OYOs fault, however they should contact property manager and set the right expectations) Day 3: After tiring day, we entered our apartment to see a messed up bathroom with dirty carpets and all dusty floor. Turned out some maintenance work was done while we were out. But we were not informed about it at all. We were ok with the work being done without our knowledge, however they didn’t had the decency to clean up after the work, instead they left the premises as dirty as they can be. Overall poor management and bad customer service.

The location of the apartment is excellent. 5 mins walk to the underground and train station, lots of shops around. The apartment itself was clean. This is end of the positives. Now negatives.... Apartment was very poorly equipped with plates, glasses, forks etc. There was a loose water tap in the kitchen, walls had scratches.
