Great flat inside - we must have been among the first few guests, as the decoration seemed to have been newly finished. At the price, it was an absolute steal, and very convenient for us. Comfortable, spacious, with high quality fittings. However, getting into the property was a disaster. There is no keyholder on-site and you have to pick up the key from a newsagent's stall about 500m away. This, plus confusion from the offshore contact centre that you have to call to get a code to receive the key, left us outside on the street for half an hour with two children at 9pm. The contact centre may have been new to the task, and they were certainly very friendly, but they were ill equipped to handle the call, initially giving me the wrong address and making the process very frustrating. When you check-out, you drop the key at the newsagent again. All in all, the property is excellent and comfortable, and incredible value for money at âŹ44, but there was zero human interaction and the check in process was a disaster.
