Clean and good hotel. The rooms and hallways are a little outdated. Very friendly and helpful personel and the breakfast buffet is outstanding. Overall very good impression, location is ok, a little far from the touristic places but good beds and a prefect view of the Thames.

We had a very good Welcome, and staff took made such an effort for my Daughters birthday celebration, balloons and complimentary drinks for the famkly as we arrived. Brilliant service throughout by happy staff, made the trip one to remember.

Alexander welcomed us straight away as soon we walked in with a smile on his face, he also checked us in as it was quite busy at the reception desk. Set by the water, Docklands was a nice stay with great views at night and good food over at canary, service from hotel staff was great and friendly and the boat fair was quick and free with proof of the stay, signs to training facilities were a bit difficult to find until close by and colombia seemed a little understaffed, overall 4/5
