"It’s my second time staying here, I stayed in Sept 2024 and again Oct 2026 . I like the room with comfy beds . The breakfast is good and the hotel is well maintained. Definitely I’ll stay here again."

"Hotel was not the easiest to find and we ended up checking in at the sister hotel and then being shown where the correct location of our hotel was. All staff were friendly, the room was clean and there were plenty of towels available. Tea and coffee were provided in the room but we only had 2 coffee bags for 2 people staying for 3 nights, these weren’t topped up at any point throughout the stay. When we arrived on the Friday evening we had no hot water in the room but it was late so we just left it, on Saturday morning we still had no hot water so had to go down to reception to be advised there was no hot water on the whole estate and engineers were working on the issue, we felt the communication from the hotel regarding this was sadly lacking, we weren’t advised of this at check in and unless we hadn’t gone to reception to ask we would not of been made aware of the issue. I did however get an email at 4.45 pm on the Saturday evening to say the water issue had been resolved."
