Loved the decor of the hotel and how easy everything was however what ruined it for us was the fact that our room had 3 double beds in it even though we had booked a luxury double room - 1 double bed. It was our first time in an hotel together and it was booked to celebrate my birthday. It just didn’t feel special enough with all the beds . Otherwise everything was lovely.

We were on a road trip and arrived at the hotel around midnight. We were two couples and had booked 2 rooms with double beds. We were given 2 very strange rooms with multiple beds and sofas which made us feel very uncomfortable. We did not receive the rooms from the pictures when we reserved. I would not recommend this hotel. No air conditioning and windows did not open.

The room had the wow factor and room spotlessly clean. Wet room was amazing lots of room move about and having the fixed seat to the wall for safety when transferring from wheelchair.

First room we had was dirty, the shower was broken and the bath didn’t work proply. There was a strong damp smell. My husband went to reception to complain and the staff didn’t even apologise . Yes they changed us to another room but the lights weren’t working propely there. We had reservations in the evening so didn’t have time to complain again. Such a shame
