Overall a great experience. Front desk and staff were all very friendly and helpful. Property is a little dated, but not it a way that would stop from staying there again. Conveniently located, within walking distance to most food, shopping, and tour spots.

Loved the ambience of the hotel. Room was clean and on the inside, so very quiet. Bed was super comfortable. My only smallcomplaint was there was no hot chocolate available and I did notice a waitersneeze without covering his face, while walking through the breakfast buffet. After Covid, I am still a bit wary ofbuffets. I would stay here again.

There are a lot of photos of the Beatles around the property and Beatle music playing, but that's really the only thing that made it a themed hotel. It was still very exciting, but I think they could do a bit more in terms of the 'theme' It was located conveniently next to Matthew Street by the Cavern Club, and a 10 minute walk to Royal Albert Dock. The front desk was not staffed each time I approached it and had to wait a few minutes for service and my pillow case was stained and there were stray hairs on the bed. The hotel bar that had hours advertised was closed each time I tried to enter it during business hours. I would still stay there again, but only for the convenient location and the theme. Had it not been Beatle themed or located further from the Cavern Club I probably wouldn't come back.

We paid quite a bit more to reserve a Deluxe room but what we were given at first looked much more like a regular room. We complained immediately and get Expedia involved and the next day were given a very satisfactory room for the remainder of our trip.
