Well positioned from the Subway for to/from JFK and rest of Manhattan. Helpful, friendly staff who make you feel both welcome and a bit special.

Hotel is in a great location Midtown to easily access all the sights by walking and is 5 mins walk to Grand Central station for access to the subway and trains. Rooms are very clean and well equipped with tea / coffee and fridge facilities. Staff very helpful and friendly. Well equipped gym with cardio machines and a good selection of dumbbells for weight training. Definitely recommend this hotel

I really appreciated this hotel being my base. The staff were phenomenally friendly, welcoming and helpful. That made a big difference to me as this was my first time in NY, on a ten day trip alone. A big adventure. The mattress was firm (very important) AND there were feather pillows. Close to travel and amenities. It’s listed as three star. I see it as four star. Very good value for money.

Did exactly as expected. This is not a luxury hotel but is clean, safe and a perfect location for the lower east and west sides of Manhattan

The Hotel was absolutely fabulous & certainly lived up to expectations , We had a suite on the 14th floor . The Housekeeping was brilliant & the suite was extremely comfortable . The staff could not have been more professional , helpful & informative . I cannot name them all but Barbara on Reception . Sergio & Zak in the Lex Bar & as we were celebrating a birthday we booked a table in the upstairs area of the Lex Bar & had the most beautiful meal . Nicely cooked & well presented & our server...

We've stayed there before and knew what to expect and they didn't disappoint! Always helpful staff, a great room (eventually) and a really good breakfast that sets you up for the day

I had a really great stay here. From the moment we entered and received a warm and friendly welcome from Chris who was incredible throughout to the day of departure. It was amazing that Chris actually remembered our names because the hotel was full and also had celebrity guests (due to the US Open). Room was a decent size, very roomy for New York and regularly cleaned. Some previous guests have complained about the cost of eating at the hotel - it is expensive but certainly not extortionate...

Very impressed with our comfortable room which was exactly as described. Comfortable bed which is a must after a hard day's sightseeing and shopping and the room and bathroom were spotless The hotel was very close to Times Square, Central Park, Broadway and major department stores and attractions. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Overall a great stay, can't wait to come back and would definitely stay here again. 10/10

Friendly helpful and welcoming staff. Rooms were very clean and housekeeping were excellent changing bedding and towels daily. Amenities in the room were very good with a fridge microwave, safe and coffee machine. There was also an iron and an ironing board. Safety plug sockets were installed in the room which was a nice touch and the room was aesthetically pleasing. Fresh and modern design throughout and a fantastic shower. The gym was pretty good, also. The only downside to the property is...

Rooms were very clean and comfortable beds. Air conditioning was very good and staff are very friendly and helpful. We had nice coffee and snacks drinks in coffee shop 15dollars complementary spend per day. Very handy to central station and taxis easily accessed..
