"We decided to treat ourselves for 1 night and it was just what we were looking for. Great experience sleeping right in front of Fuji, in a super well equipped and maintained “tent”. Dinner was a wonderful experience as well, prepared by the staff and cooked to finish by us right next to the tent. My only comment is to note that the private bath is only for 1h, but the shared bath was very close to the tent and very clean and convenient."

It’s an old house, but remodeled to have nice touchable areas. Bath/shower room can be remodeled to more modern style. It has 2 stories with narrow stair case with turns. It felt a little cramped but really efficient use of the house spaces. Overall, it’s a good alternative to renting 3 rooms at a hotel."

The hotel was clean and quiet, the light breakfast offers were welcome but with no direct view of Mount Fuji. I got my first sighting cycling across the bridge at 8am, perfect timing on my way to town."
