"This was a good hotel for me and my family. Location was good and they had a free shuttle back to the center of town and bus station. I really appreciated the washing machines and that the front desk staff spoke passable English. I really don't like the self check in machines the hotels use in Japan and this hotel was no exception. I can't speak to the breakfast since we left too early in the morning to enjoy it. Overall it was a good stay and very affordable, especially since I needed 4 rooms."
"We stayed here to go to Fuji Q for the day. The hotel room was huge. We had a family room with four beds and a mountain view. We saw Mt Fuji both mornings so that alone was worth staying out near Fuji. The dinner buffet was very expensive but good. The breakfast buffet had very very few Western options. Sadly the Onsen was closed. They offered us one 30 minutes away. But we didn’t want to go through that hassle. Overall the employees are nice and the room was our largest in Japan by far!"
"The room was so large and beautiful. The complimentary shuttle service comes in very handy. Though the rainy season blocked the view of Mount Fuji, the area itself was so beautiful and serene. The front desk staff were all very kind. The only things I would improve are the laundry machines—they’re severely outdated and there’s only 2 washers and dryers on the entire property, and during the dinner, we were not permitted to select different options…our family of 7 (minus the one child) had to all get the same item according to staff."
"The staff of this hotel are some of the best in the business. We appreciated their genuine, courteous, and hardworking efforts to give us a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet was truly outstanding. The spaciousness of the suite was a delight after staying in smaller hotel rooms in other parts of Japan.
However, there was black mold (unfixed water damage) and dirtiness in the bathroom of our suite that made us quite uncomfortable. Additionally, we had chosen this hotel specifically for the purpose of enjoying the tennis courts and other fitness facilities, which were each in disrepair and significantly neglected. The neglect of the outside property was so significant that it made it impossible to use them. This was very disappointing to us. We wished that we had therefore stayed elsewhere."
