"We had a great experience in this hotel. Staff was so friendly and they knew what they were doing. But be carful when you about to reserve and precise what room would you like to have. When I was booking I thought we will get on ground floor with a direct access to swimming pool as we are going to travel with 2,5 years old baby but when we get there we have been told that we are on the 2nd floor. Otherwise we had amazing time."

The way that it is constructed and decorated is really quite magical. "This is the second time I have been to this resort and will definitely return again. From the moment you arrive you are greeted by the lovely, friendly staff and given a welcome drink which is very refreshing after the journey from the airport. The rooms are a nice size and very modern and have large balconies and modern bathrooms. The use of thongs, bath robes and a lovely beach bag add to the experience of luxury. The beds are very comfortable and I slept very well. The rooms are air conditioned, quiet and nice and light. The food at breakfast is to die for. So much selection for all travelers. The pools are beautiful and if you are lucky enough to find the adult only pool then it's a bonus. The pool bar staff are very attentive and always so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much for them. The pools have bars so look out for happy hour as the staff make really nice cocktails. The food in the main restaurant is fantastic so hats off to the chefs. The walk down to the restaurants outside the resort are a bit far but there is a free shuttle bus if you don't fancy the walk down. All in all, this is one of the best resorts I have stayed at in Thailand."
